There’s always so much to see and do in New York, stepping off a plane for a mere stopover in that city always feels like a starting gun going off, the beginning of a sprint.

This year, with less than 72 hours before I jumped on another plane headed for another city, I wanted to get in as much as I could—museum and gallery visits, restaurants, a couple shops, and of course time in the streets with my camera.

The 12 photos in this set were made with the Leica MP and Elmarit 28mm f/2.4 lens, and some Kodak Ultra Max 400, over a couple days of running around in Manhattan...
